think it's being challenged by smartphones with the new samsung announcement, tablets, competition is cut throat beyond all belief. that segment of the industry is in what we call secular decline, it's still going lower. with that in mind, i think you should take action on monday morning. i want you to sell dell. you own dell, it goes, okay. it is now on the single biggest sell, sell, sell list i've ever had. right now michael dell is trying to take the company private for little less than where the stock is currently trading. i sat wrapped this morning on "squawk on the street" sitting next to david faber. when he detailed the shocking decline, you know when we're on tv and a guy's saying stuff and, geez, really? he was telling me the shocking decline in cash flow dell has experienced since the steel started percolating, dell is doing terribly. i'm confident the stock will go $8 and change. it was shortly before the deal was announced. you cannot be in dell, people. it is dangerous now. i believe you must ring the register first thing monday morning. yes, it is dangerous. and you

mean, again, why do you have to choose apple or samsung? sell shelves during the gold rush and sell chains during the smartphone wars. that's the way to go, and qualcomm just raised their dividend. a good buyback plan now. they are terrific. >> i've got a question for you. you do a lot of asset allocation, keep talking about the great rotation going over five years. are you starting to advise your clients to lighten up on bonds and go more into equities or just sticking with equities? how do you see that? >> asset allocation for wealthy individuals includes everything so we have stocks, bonds, a lot of cash. wealthy individuals hold over 25% cash generally. >> are you moving more out of bonds into equities as a lot of people are talking about? >> we've had a lot of buy and hold bonds. had great bonds that we bought three years ago. you won't get the coupon when the bonds mature so as the bonds mature you really have to look at where else can you get yield and, unfortunately, you won't get the yield in the high grade corporate bonds. you have to be careful in credit quality and maste

is blackberry's device looking to compete with samsung and also with apple. its completely touch screen and lost that keyboard that so many users like. according to com score blackberry has 8% of the smartphone market compared with 50% with android and 34% with apple. blackberry used to have 39% of the share. we do have one of the phones here. looking at it earlier. obviously it's sleek. it's got that 4.2-inch screen, the touch screen that we talked about. it's got an 8 megapixel camera. doesn't have a lot of buttons on it, nothing like the iphone with the home screen and, of course, can you see that it's got the icons for the ap pz as well. 100 apps available at the digital store where there's 700 in the case of the iphone. simon, over to you. >> do you like it, jackie? >> reporter: you know, i liked it, but i think it's going to take a little getting used to. i do have an ipad, used the iphone of friends of mine. intuitively different, tried to make it different on purpose so i think it will take a while to get used to. >> the view on blackberry sales. let's check the bond market at the cme, m
